The building stands as the closing element of a linear urban system, marked by the new landscape design, which finds in the middle its relationship with the MAXXI Museum.

The new piece, stands as a compact volume, with simple and geometric forms, capable of establishing a critical distance from the existing fabric. It is an "infrastructure" building, characterized by different functions and elements within it. The compactness of the building offers simplicity in the distribution of the different functions needed as well as less land consumption.
